Local Laws Compliance
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their country's laws permit the use of parental monitoring software.

Subscription & Refund Policy
The app offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize the agreed-upon fees to be charged to your payment method.
Refund Policy: We offer a free trial period to evaluate the app before paying. Due to the digital nature of the service, no refunds are given for monthly or yearly payments after the subscription is activated, except in cases of severe technical failures that completely prevent the use of the app and have not been resolved by technical support within 14 days.

Prohibited Uses
The use of the app for the following purposes is strictly prohibited, and the account will be immediately terminated without refund in case of violation:
Spying on a spouse or adult individuals without their knowledge and consent.
Identity theft, blackmail, or harassing any person.
Attempting to reverse engineer the app or hack the servers.

The safeguardchild app is provided (as is) without any warranties. safeguardchild is not liable for:
Direct or indirect damages resulting from the misuse of the app.
Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.
Data loss due to internet connection issues on the monitored device.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any of these Terms & Conditions. You may also cancel your account at any time from within the app.
