A secure link between your phone and your child's phone in less than 5 minutes. Follow the steps below carefully to ensure the system works efficiently.
Create Parent Account
Visit our website and create a new parent account. Enter your email and password, then verify your account. You will get a 1-day free trial to test all features.
Add Your Child & Get Code
From the dashboard, click (Add Child) and enter their details (Name, Age). After saving, you will see a pairing code (6 digits). Write down this code, you will need it for the next step.
Install App on Child's Phone
On the child's phone, download the safeguardchild app from Google Play. Open the app, choose the language, then enter the pairing code you got in Step 2.
Grant Essential Permissions
To ensure the system works, some permissions must be granted. The app will automatically guide you to each permission:
Verify & Choose Your Plan
Now, go back to your phone (or PC), open the parent dashboard. You should see the device status (Online), and its current location on the map. After your free trial (1 day) ends, you can choose the suitable plan for your family to continue protection.
Important Tip (For Xiaomi & Oppo phones)
Some Xiaomi and Oppo phones aggressively kill background apps to save battery. To ensure safeguardchild doesn't stop, go to Phone Settings > Apps > safeguardchild > Battery Saver, and select (No restrictions). Also, make sure to enable the (Autostart) option.
