Fundamental Condition: The safeguardchild app is strictly authorized for monitoring minors (children under 18 years of age) by their parents or legal guardians.
Disclaimer: The User (parent/guardian) bears full legal and ethical responsibility for how they use the app. safeguardchild assumes no legal, civil, or criminal liability for the misuse of the app, including but not limited to: spying on adults, monitoring a spouse, or tracking employees without their prior written consent.
The user acknowledges that they have ensured their country's laws permit the use of parental monitoring tools, and that they have the legal right to monitor the target device.

Account Termination & Data Deletion
You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from within the dashboard. Upon account deletion, all associated data (locations, logs, photos) is permanently erased from our servers within 30 days.
